1. We contact the recipient
Before preparing the delivery, our team calls the recipient to make sure they will be available and to arrange a delivery window with them.
This step helps prevent the bouquet from being left outside, where it could be exposed to cold, heat, or inclement weather. By making sure the recipient can bring the bouquet inside promptly, we help preserve the flowers’ freshness and ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition.
2. We preserve the surprise
Rest assured: when we call, we generally avoid revealing the nature of the delivery. The recipient knows that something is on its way, but the contents remain a surprise until the bouquet—or plant—arrives.
3. Our florists prepare the bouquet
Once the delivery window has been confirmed, our florists carefully prepare the bouquet according to the order and the flowers available.
4. The bouquet leaves with our delivery service
The bouquet is then entrusted to our delivery company. The recipient receives a text message allowing them to track the delivery in real time until it arrives.
